Dryland training is an incredibly valuable tool used to train divers worldwide, equally, if not more vital than time spent in the water. This globally recognized training method is essential for divers, and we are fortunate to have access to top-tier facilities.
Our "performance center" dryland facility boasts three diving boards set over giant pit mats, a spring floor, two trampolines, and various diving-specific equipment. This array of equipment helps divers improve their skills in a secure environment and provides ample opportunities for practice. One of the diving boards even features a spotting harness and belt system, allowing divers to safely practice and master new techniques, similar to what is used on the 1-meter water board.
Dryland training establishes solid movement patterns through consistent repetitions on stable ground. By using specialized equipment, divers can focus on skill development with structured progressions, ultimately building confidence for executing these skills in the water.
